School policies cover every aspect of school life. Below are some of our most important policies for your reference. If you want to know our policy on something that is not listed, please ask the school office.
Paper copies of all the documentation on this site can be made available upon request, free of charge. Please ask at the School Office for further information.
Under data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed about how the school uses any personal data that we hold about them. We comply with this right by providing ‘privacy notices’ (sometimes called ‘fair processing notices’) to individuals where we are processing their personal data. The Privacy Notice policy explains how we collect, store and use personal data about pupils.
We, Seaburn Dene Primary School are the ‘data controller’ for the purposes of data protection law. Our DPO is located centrally by Sunderland Council and is contactable via 0191 520 5555.
